Mail Services receives and sends all letters and packages for NJCU. The mailroom forwards all letters and packages to faculty, staff, and students at the university.
Information for Faculty and Staff: Precautions During the COVID-19 Pandemic
Due to staff reductions to ensure social distancing, Mail Services is not staffed to deliver mail to any departments. Designated people in each department must email Mail Services to see whether they need to pick up mail. Mail Services will contact departments directly if they have packages to be picked up.

All students can receive mail at NJCU. Below is the address to use:

Residential students will be emailed when they receive letters and/or packages. Most packages fit in our SmartLockers located at Vodra Hall, but oversized packages must be picked up at Mail Services between 11:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
