Room and Board Rates

Room and Board rates are subject to Board of Trustees approval. The approval for the academic year typically takes place in late June or early July each year. Charges are assessed on a semester-by-semester basis based on applications submitted to our Residence Life Office. Please see the Payment Policies section of our website for greater detail on the University’s policies regarding room and board charges.
