In general, most databases to which the Library subscribe provide full-text or citations and abstracts to articles published in academic journals, magazines and newspapers. Many databases are subject specific, such as the Education Source, the Business Source Premier, and the Nursing & Allied Health Database; some are multi-subject or cross-disciplinary, such as the Academic Search Premier, the ProQuest Central; and a few are dictionaries and encyclopedias, such as the Oxford English Dictionary, and the Oxford Music Online. In addition, some are e-book collections, such as the eBook Academic Collection, and the ACLS Humanities E-Book.
