The NJCU Division of Operations and Innovation serves the University by creating and sustaining the resources that enable it to achieve its mission and become a premier metropolitan institution of higher education.

The Division is made up of three main areas: Enrollment Management, Student Affairs, and the Office of the Dean of Students.

The Office of the Provost houses the Provost, who is the chief divisional administrator of the University's academic programs, policies, procedures and departments.

The University Advancement and Strategic Initiatives division houses several units that serve to advance the University’s goals of providing access and opportunity to students.
