How are you doing?  How are you feeling?  Had a long weekend?  Anxious about the upcoming week?  Feeling stressed/ overwhelmed?  This bi-weekly drop-in group aims to create a safe space where currently enrolled students can identify potential stressors and set goals for the upcoming week, engage in conversations around wellness, and connect with other students by giving and receiving support and feedback.

This support group is open to currently enrolled students who identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), and offers supportive, validating, and collaborative discussions about how such issues as hate crimes, oppression, racism, and marginalization affect the way we live and experience the world.
