Shadow Integration Group

Shadow work is the practice of getting to know the parts of yourself that you usually avoid, hide, or push away—like uncomfortable emotions, insecurities, habits, or reactions you don’t feel proud of. This group offers a supportive and intentional space to explore the parts of ourselves that often remain unseen, unheard, or unacknowledged. Through guided reflection, experiential exercises, and compassionate group dialogue, participants are invited to examine patterns, emotions, beliefs, and inner conflicts that may influence their relationships, self-esteem, and sense of authenticity
