Welcome to the NJCU Counseling Center!

The Counseling Center offers currently enrolled NJCU students confidential mental health counseling, support groups, and workshops delivered by experienced professionals. 

Whether you're grappling with anxiety or depression, facing challenges in your relationships, struggling with self-esteem, stressed by family issues, coping with grief, concerned about identity, having difficulty managing anger, or are having problems with concentration, motivation, or procrastination, we're here to help.

We look forward to helping you enhance your emotional well-being and achieve your goals!

Class Assignments:

If you are seeking an interview with a member of our staff for an assignment, please provide advance notice, as counseling appointments take priority. Please email with your inquiry and we will return your request at our earliest convenience.
