Huijian Dong was the Academic Coordinator of the Kate Tiedemann School of Business and Finance at University of South Florida and the Director of the Merrill Lynch Center for USF Foundation and CFA Society Tampa Bay Board before joining NJCU in 2021. He teaches investments and publishes in the areas of financial market and higher education administration.
Marilyn Ettinger, MBA, CFA, CTP, FP&A

Marilyn Ettinger joined NJCU in 1988 with over 20 years’ experience as a financial economist and consultant. She pursued Ph.D. studies in economics and finance at Columbia and New York Universities, and holds the MBA in Finance from NYU. Her current research bridges an interest in both corporate finance and investments, focusing on Sustainable, Responsible, and Impact (SRI) investing using Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria.
J.D Jayaraman, Ph.D.

J.D Jayaraman’s research interests are in applications of AI, machine learning and other cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain for social good. He has close to twenty years of experience in the financial services industry prior to transitioning to academics.
George Li, Ph.D., CFA

George Li joined NJCU in 2005 after obtaining his Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas. He has over ten years’ practical experience in securities analysis, financial management and international business.
Ahmad Rabaa’i, Ph.D.

Ahmad Rabaa'i earned his Ph.D. in Information Systems from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Australia. His research interests are in the areas of Enterprise Systems Implementation, Information Systems Evaluation, e–Government, Emerging Technologies, Technology Acceptance and Quality Assurance in Education.
Zhimin Wang, Ph.D., CFA

Dr. Zhimin Wang earned her Ph.D. degree with areas of specialization in Finance and International Economics at Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2008. Dr. Wang's research interests include corporate finance, investment, international economics, and financial institutions and markets. Her research articles have appeared in journals such as Global Finance Journal, Journal of Multinational Financial Management, etc.
Li Xu, Ph.D.

Li Xu earned his Ph.D. in Finance from Department of Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University. His research interests include asset pricing, cryptocurrencies, investment, machine learning, financial econometrics, and risk management.
Xiaodi Zhu, Ph.D.

Xiaodi Zhu received her Ph.D. in Financial Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. Her current research interests focus on finance and data analytics, including behavioral finance, financial disclosure analysis, financial information efficiency and portfolio analysis.
