Gothic Card Flex Dollar (Book Voucher) Application

Flex Dollar applications need to be requested in person at our office. 

We are in Hepburn Hall Room 106. 

Book Vouchers can only be requested if the student has excess financial aid and students can only request up to $1000.00. 

This application can only be completed once per semester and funds cannot be cancelled once they are requested. 

The deadline for all Spring 2024 flex dollar applications is February 7,2024.
