Office of Student Accounts (Bursars Office)

We look forward to working with you during your college career. 

The Office of Student Accounts manages:

• Cashiering – posting payments, providing payment options, account inquiries, issue student refund checks, and administer monthly payment plans
• Billing – We send electronic billing statements, follow-up notifications and third party invoices
• E-Statements on Demand – You can now print an E-Statement On Demand that lists your current balance and course schedule as well. You may use this if your employer or sponsor requires a Statement On Demand.
• Collections – delinquent student accounts, manage outside collection agencies
• IRS Form 1098-T Tax Forms – You will receive your 1098-T form electronically during the month of January.
• Financial Account Holds and Financial Clearance may be done via our Office as well. 

The University’s official form of communication is via your NJCU email account. Please see our Electronic Notification Policy by selecting Policy Information on the tabs above.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

• Please log-in to your GothicNet Account and click on "My Financial Account" tile to make payment or set up payment plans for any current or past due balances. 
• Spring 2025 bills, payments, and payment plans are now available. The billing E-Statements, On Demand E-Statments, payments, and payment plans are all under the "My Financial Account" Tile on your Gothicnet. 
• NJCU is now partnered with Transfermate for International Wire Transfer payments. Transfermate is available through your payment portal through Gothicnet.

Financial Responsibility Agreement: If you have a Registration hold on your account due to a balance owed, please Log In to your GothicNet account where it says “Student Homepage”, click on the drop down arrow and select this option. Once you are on your student homepage, look for the tile that says “My Task”. After clicking on the tile at the top left section of your page click on your "To Do List".  Here you will see all activities and/or items that need completing.
