IMPORTANT NOTICES
Financial Disclosure Agreement: If you have a hold on your account blocking you from registering due to having to complete your Financial Disclosure Agreement. Login to your GothicNet account, please look at the top part of the page. If it does not say “Student Homepage” click on the drop down arrow and select this option. Once you are on your student homepage. Look for the tile that says “My Task”. After clicking on the tile at the top left section of your page click on your "To Do List". Here you will see all activities and/or items that need completing.
Student Health Insurance: NJCU policy requires comprehensive health insurance coverage for all matriculated students who are registered full time and enrolled in a degree-seeking program.
Please note: Students enrolled in a fully online program are exempt from this requirement.
If you are being charged for NJCU health insurance you do have the option to waive the charge if you meet one of the following requirements, 1)students may either use an existing health insurance plan, or 2) enroll in a university-sponsored student health insurance plan (SHIP). The waiver is no longer available for the Spring 2022 semester. If you would like to dispute the student insurance plan charge, please contact University Health Plans at 833-251-1252
Please be advised NJCU will no longer be offering student insurance after the Spring 2022 semester. Students being covered be the student insurance plan will have to seek their own coverage for the 2022-2023 school year.
Virtual Zoom Walk-In Service
The Office of Student Accounts is no longer doing virtual walk-in services. Zoom meetings can be scheduled by contacting us at bursar@njcu.edu.

We are no longer doing our regular late night schedule. If you would like to come in after 5PM and before 6:45PM you can do so by appointment only. For appointments please contact 201-200-3040 or bursar@njcu.edu.
Summer Office Hours Beginning the week of July 12, 2021 and ending on August 6, 2021
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday - 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Closed 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. for lunch)
The Office of Student Accounts will also be open until 6:45 p.m. on the payment deadline for the Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer semesters.
The office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. See the NJCU Academic calendar for holidays and University closings.
