Cybersecurity Partnership with Caucasus University
New Jersey City University has entered into an innovative academic partnership with Caucasus University in the Republic of Georgia to offer students the opportunity to simultaneously earn Bachelor’s degrees in Cybersecurity from both NJCU and Caucasus University (CU). This program is the first of its kind among the universities and will allow students to learn from Cybersecurity experts and faculty from both institutions. Read more about this partnership in NJCU News.
The first CU cohort enrolled in NJCU classes virtually in the Fall of 2024 and will travel to New Jersey for their final semester in Spring 2025. After completing their Bachelor’s degrees, program participants will have the opportunity to engage in internships and seamlessly enroll in NJCU’s Master of Science in Cybersecurity.
NJCU’s Professional Security Studies Department is one of the few programs in the United States designated as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education (CAE-CDE) by the National Security Agency. It is also recognized as an Intelligence Community Center of Academic Excellence (CAE) by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).
