Appointments
Appointments can be made via the self-service schedule located in the Tutoring and Academic Support Services course on Blackboard.
Helpful information for successful academic support sessions:
- Students self register for tutoring, academic coaching, and workshop via the Tutoring and Academic Support Services course on Blackboard.
- Appointments may be in-person or online.
- Students may book two appointments per week.
- Students seeking additional appointments must meet with an Academic Coach to discuss a tutoring plan.
- Students are required to bring course materials to the session.
- Students seeking assistance with plagiarism should meet with an Academic Coach to review NJCU's Academic Integrity Policy.
- Student who do not attend scheduled appointments or frequently cancel appointments must meet with an Academic Coach before scheduling additional appointments.
- Additional subjects and tutoring is available through TutorMe, online tutoring service, via the Tutoring and Academic Support Services course on Blackboard.
Students who are struggling academically or have life-logistic challenges that are hindering progress are encouraged to speak with and academic coach. Students may submit the Help me. I'm struggling communication via the Tutoring and Academic Support Services course on Blackboard.
