Technology support services are offered through the Help Desk Services unit in the Department of Information Technology. This support unit is committed to delivering quality customer service and technical solutions in support of campus-wide technology. Join the "Zoom with IT" (Virtual IT Help Desk) sessions, every week, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends, as well as any days that the University is closed) for "LIVE" training and support sessions provided online (using Zoom) from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. We look forward to you joining us!

The University is committed to ensuring that you can complete your coursework online during the Fall 2020 semester. In preparation for students to effectively learn online, NJCU has purchased and will be distributing some loaner laptops or iPads to those who do not have access to a personal computer. In addition, NJCU has secured some loaner mobile Wi-Fi hotspots for those who do not have access to the Internet.
Note: NJCU students in need of a computer and/or Internet access to complete their coursework can utilize the technology resources available in the Library and Computer Labs in the Professional Studies building, room 103, during the Fall 2020 semester.
If you need assistance in securing a laptop/iPad or mobile Wi-Fi hotspot, please submit a request by (logging into GothicNet) and selecting the “Technology Loaner Request” tile on the landing Student Homepage on GothicNet. Once you have scheduled a pickup on a convenient day and time slot and have agreed to the technology loaner agreement terms and conditions, you will receive a confirmation in your NJCU email with the location of the pickup. We are providing assistance on a first-come, first-serve basis. Distribution of loaner computers and/or Wi-Fi hotspots will be based on availability and need. The loaner equipment is to be used only by the person it was issued to and for educational purposes.
