During this period of online instruction:   Blackboard support is available 24/7 for all NJCU students and instructors.

Please call 1-844-548-8815 if you need assistance!

Please call this number at any time if you need assistance using Blackboard tools or Blackboard Collaborate. A representative from Blackboard will provide direct support. 


The IT Help Desk provides level one support for all Blackboard help requests for students and instructors.

You can request help with Blackboard using any of the following methods:

    (Not including holidays.)
