About the SAB

SAB Vision Statement:

We, the members of the Student Activities Board (SAB), strive to provide the campus with diverse programs of cultural, social, educational, and recreational nature through the efforts of students who actively plan, implement, and evaluate programs.

SAB Mission Statement:

The SAB exists for the betterment of the New Jersey City University community as a whole and to remain responsive to student attitudes, interests, and needs. It also provides programs that reflect and respond to those interests and fosters the social, intellectual, and moral development of the members of the NJCU community.

The SAB shall not be discriminatory in terms of race, sex, religion, age, sexual orientation, social status, physical abilities, or any other protected status.

Hello! My name is Eva Girgis and I’m a junior at NJCU. As the current Marketing Manager of SAB, I plan to empower and support NJCU students through creating an unforgettable and enjoyable academic journey. I believe that learning should be an adventure filled with joy, exploration, and lasting memories. I’m looking forward to making students feel at ease when they are in school and bringing a new meaning to fun!
